  2. Why Kimberley?
Very few resort communities on the planet can match Kimberley 's incredible scenery, warm climate, outdoor attractions, affordability and friendly small-town atmosphere. Transformed from a humble mining town into one of Western Canada's premier golf and ski destinations over the past decade, Kimberley possesses an emerging real estate market that offers exciting investment opportunities that have already come and gone at many of North America 's other alpine resorts.

You own the title and share in the upkeep of the common areas, via our management firm. Unlike many of the condo / strata projects at the resort, strata fees are very affordable at Canadian Mountain Cabins – currently only $75Cdn per month (as of Feb 2005).

Included in the base purchase price at Canadian Mountain Cabins is an extensive furnishings package. While this package is still optional, most buyers opt into it as it is also required for inclusion into the rental program. Included in the package are quality living room, bedroom and kitchen furniture, plus all appliances and cooking and eating utensils, lamps, a TV, VCR, CD player, rugs, draperies, artwork, sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, bathmats, mirrors, shower curtains and much more!

The meticulous re-assembly, construction, finishing, equipping and final inspections are usually complete within another two to three months after your initial order.
